Gotta be an easier way. That looks like it took a ton of time and patience.....Final product looks really good though
 
Looks great. A different LED selection would have only two conductors exiting the grill and passing through the speaker's outer rim.
 
Yeah actually I know there was a better way. There are rings that you can put on the outside under the housing that would have produced a different kind of glow. and yes...if I would have put in LED's that didnt all have resistors on each one it would have been easier. would have required more soldering but would have cleaned up the wires a bit.
