adjusting the throttle

I'm noticing that my two throttle are out of sync a bit. What is the best way to get them back in sync? Hopefully this is something quick and easy...

@Gym If you use the throttle with the engine off, is it doing anything?

If you move them forward or aft to the first detent they will cause the thrust diverted to go into the forward or reverse position. Any further movement just increases the throttle position. That is where you will make your throttle cable adjustments.
 
You are not dumping fuel or hurting anything if that is what you are questioning.
