Thrust vectors... are they worth it for an AR 195 2020 or due to the articulating keel I will see no modification at all?

Cannot speak to your model, but an enhancement (JBP Thrust Vectors or Cobra Steering) will be noticed and appreciated - especially at low speed / docking.

Depends entirely on you. Try stock first. If you aren't comfortable with the feel then maybe look into.
