@Street glide ..... yes there are air filter up-grade kits. Pretty sure I have seen K&N Filters available. There are ribbon delete kits etc. also available. The RIVA Racing website would be a good place to at least go and see what is available and should be helpful if you have your engine serial numbers, year etc. available. RIVA Racing is a very respected authority on these matters and has a fabulous reputation for shipping parts etc.
