AirDock lift installed

-Loading begins for me once I begin lowering the boat down. U can walk around it just fine when fully inflated for the most part.
-Installed with the help of friends that also have air docks and no frame kit. I have four points to hold the the air dock in place while pulling on/off.
-I will never remove my bladders because all barnacles on the bottom would cause holes when dragging across the dock.
-I have had mine for 5-6 years with minor issues, u will learn as u go for sure. Getting it setup right is a process, meaning the positioning of the air dock and the lines securing it to the dock, getting the boat to sit properly so u can flush, etc.....

Thank you for the reply. I’m guessing that you don’t have to worry about ice so you can leave it in the water year round?

That’s correct. I have only had the water ice over once and that was a fluke.

Thanks for all the info..also considering the Air Dock..I think I would need the frame.

Okay finally got the Airdock and got it installed today! Overall install was very easy, a few tips- don’t rush or force things, read the instructions word for word, took me and my partner 4hrs or so start to finish.
Take the time and do it right, the air lines are very long so I decided to mount the excess to the dock. We will see how it holds up! So far I’m happy with it!

That hose isn't far enough onto the barb connection....supposed to be all the way on touching the angle. It might be ok like that but if you have a slow leak, look at your hose connections first. I've had an airdock for 6 years now and have become somewhat of an expert at sourcing leaks.

Thanks for the pointers! I’ll keep an eye on it. I had to use Vaseline to get them on without damaging anything. I trimmed the yellow hoses quite a bit since I felt a lot of resistance pushing on but I could trim them more to make it easier.

Yeah....they are a bear to get on all the way.
