No.. the pictures are hard to see.. only half of the bolts have caulkling.. the ones that do the caulking is hanging down... the 2nd pic if u look close u can tell the caulking is coming off the bolt...

My vote is nothing to worry about...they aren't in the intake stream...which is where caulking is critical. As long as they aren't loose...you are good to go.

No they are all tight... this boat sat on an indoor rack since 2009 untill I got it so I figured there would be a few issues from not being in the water..

Yamaha bonds all that with copius amounts of silicone so they can be removed easily in the future. It will ooze from the bolt holes and they simply wipe it smooth to clean it up. As the others have stated, it is not in a critical areal and it is probably very watertight as is. I personally would not worry.

Agree... I've looked and looked at photos trying to figure out what in the heck needs the silicone seal and don't fully understand it. But mine isn't behaving badly, so I'm not worried about it yet.

Lol yes the bricks need fixing too... but I am gonna have them moved so I can park the boat there!!.. the one picture has the caulking hanging below the bolt I could easily pull n it off.. it's hard to see.. but if u guys are not worried them I'm not!
