I had an issue with my thrust vectors being damaged over the winter. (By my Marina)
When I called Customer Service, Kim calmed me down, and told me that whatever the issue they would take care of the HW and to let them know as soon as I got to see boat to send pictures so they can figure out what needed to be done.
When I got to the Marina I called Kim back and started to explain the issue, Will (Guy from Videos) overheard my conversation with Kim and wanted to talk to me. Will was interested in 2 things:
