I have the following components and I'm hoping you can help with configuration - specifically of the amp for the subwoofer.
Currently, I have 4 speakers being driven directly from the head unit. I also have a Wet Sounds Hydro Tech HT-2 running my tower speakers.
New Setup will add a Wet Sounds HTX-6. This amp will drive the 4 existing cockpit speakers currently connected to head unit and leverage the other 2 channels bridged for my new subwoofer.
My head unit has RCA out for Subwoofer. I'm thinking if I send that to the RCA in for channel 5/6 (bridged), I'll be able to control the sub levels on the head unit as it has that in settings and I therefore won't need the dial that often comes with the mono amps? Not sure how exactly but wanted to be sure I was on the right track.
