No kidding...I was also wondering about how stable it is, then noticed on their website it looks like it had optional "outriggers"....

That looks like an answer to a question nobody asked! It also looks extremely UN-seaworthy! Think how terrifying it would be to be trapped inside that thing if it capsized. Pretty cool engineering exercise, though.

Optional? At $850K+ (and as unstable/unseaworthy as that thing looks), outriggers should be standard, IMHO!
