I believe that the gallery you uploaded the images to is set to private.

@Bruce I was having trouble with it, does it show now or, if not, how do I change it to public?

It shows now. This is the time of year when you Florida guys are not liked very much, but your photos are! Jealous!!

Shhhhhh! Don't tell them this place is paradise......except all if the old bats slowing things down.

Unfortunately, I think the word is out. Yesterday the drive through Sanibel Island to get to Captiva Island was bumper-to-bumper. I suppose part of the traffic was due to spring breakers:hungover::hungover::hungover: and the rest due to the snowbirds:panda:. Oh well, the winter will soon be over and we will have SWF all to ourselves...:)

I'm missing Florida :(, what's a USPS course ?

USPS is the United States Power Squadron the largest non-profit organization of boaters in the US. It's a national organization with local "squadrons" throughout the US--there is one squadron in Punta Gorda. Basically they have three functions--boater education, community service and socializing. I'm just a "cyber member"--I haven't joined any local squadron since I'm mainly interested in some of the seminars they offer. Not a bad deal at about $95 a year--I saved that much off my insurance (at least that is what I was told).

How's the new boat?

Beautiful beaches and water. I do love Florida...

That's cool, I'll have to look them up.

Bumper to bumper in Sanibel, should of gone in the boat........

Boats adictive, thank you for asking. Being an O/B guy I was sceptical about a jet but was confident with Yamaha, but all good, and yours?

I love mine but I'm still getting use to docking it...

Xoomer, I just booked a condo at the Burnt Store Marina / Harbor. Going to be trailer the boat down. It looks like that is a fantastic area for boating/fishing. Any experience boating in Charlotte Harbor?

Lol...USPS I thought it was a stamp licking course

@Kevin M That area is a bit farther north than I have been but I believe it is a great area for fishing--just be careful since it can get shallow pretty fast. There is one member of this board, Britboater, who lives in Punta Gorda, at least part of the time, and could probably give you better information on Charlotte Harbor. Have fun...
