Another new owner...

I am the proud owner of a 2014 AR192...JBP Edition #007. I've been on vacation all week in beautiful Cape San Blas, FL while trying to close a deal with Will from JetBoatPilot. He has been remarkably patient while I tried to work my financing while having no cell phone service and sketchy internet service. I finally got everything worked out on Thursday and picked her up Friday morning. A short 4.5-5 hour drive home and she now resides in Hoover, AL.

For those of you looking to do business with an accessory dealer, I'd like to assure you that Will, his beautiful family, his business partner and the entire staff at JBP are truly wonderful to work with. This deal was not without its frustrations (all generated on my end), but Will and his group were patient throughout. I certainly would have understood if they had told me to take a hike, but instead I was met with understanding and smiles.

I look forward to learning a bunch and trying to find some way to contribute.

I went ahead a gave her a names since I had the talent of Will, JBP and their CNC machines available...and my financing was taking forever. Meet "Love This Life".

I worked in CapeSan Blas, at the Eglin radar site, for a while before I had to move to TX a month or so ago. I love that area as well. Wish I could have spent more time there!

It's good to know that you and skbishop are just down the road. I'm looking forward to getting her on the water this weekend. I might take a trip over to Lake Tuscaloosa sometime. I've never been on the water there and I have a sister in Greystone. Of course, to cover the part of the down payment I made I sold my football tickets for this season so going to Tuscaloosa might be a downer.

I started working on that the last couple of days. Picked up a couple of wake board racks, a full size and junior wakeboard (gotta cover my 9 year old daughter), a new tube and some new dock and cleaning stuff. Oh, and one of the new "premium deluxe" (who names this stuff for Yamaha?) mooring cover.
