Where are you putting the VHF antenna's? Radio placement also not much room on dash.
 
Depending on the antenna, you could install it on helm or on the side of the boat.
I did it mine on the side.

As for where to mount the radio, you could do a flush mount or mount on the storage compartment.

With a "Sport," on the T-top no doubt is best. Wish I had room for one...a sport that is.
 
I have my 3 foot stainless mounted in the grab handle hole at the rear of the t-top. Lots of height. My radio is mounted in the lower storage compartment of the console. I'd recommend mounting it higher - hard to hear and see.

VHF is here sound is fine as long as the radio is not at full volume
