Anyone had issues with their Clarion MW1 not being watertight?

I'm about to pull the trigger and order this remote for my M505 but I've read a few Amazon reviews saying theirs died with minimal water hitting the remote. Anyone else have any issues with theirs?

I've had the 505 and mw1 for a full season with no issues.

Last summer I had condensation inside the display on my remote. This spring the remote doesn't work at all.
