Can someone tell me the name of the part that's directly across from each jet , round rubber part that appears to be some type of drain or something ? I know I sound like a dumbass but new to jet drives. Mine look like total hell and could possibly be leaking , the pic is off the net I'm not at home to take a pic of mine.

If someone could post a link of where to get them and where to get a new scupper valve I would be very thankful !!

Yup. Exhaust and hot water outlet.

Yup...it is your exhaust outlet...it is going to look like crap....and most at some point also cough up a ring of extra silicon.

What makes you think it is leaking?

I don't know for sure that it is leaking but I have a little more water coming in than I would like so I'm replacing everything that could possibly leak
