Found this browsing the net and was wondering if it'd be a good idea. This years is my first season so just want to make sure I'm prepared for the family/friends trips :)

How do most people deal with changing clothes on their boats? Mine lacks head compartment so trying to come up with a plan that ppl would be comfortable with that's all.

That is similar to what was built in on a pontoon boat we once owned. What we do now if someone needs to change is hold up a big towel or 2 for them to hide behind. To be honest, we might need to provide coverage for someone once every couple of years but that is just us.

I have consider mounting one of those to the tower.

But we tow the boat with a 12 passenger van with tinted windows. People usually just change in the van while we finish securing boat and stuff on the trailer.

Thanks fellas. I think I will start with having everyone use towels and see how that works out this year and go from there..

Are we supposed to wear clothes on the boat?? Cam.

I have 5 sons that were all wrestlers so they all have no issue with dropping trou in front of anybody and everybody. Was at a tournament a few weeks ago and my son who is a junior in high school changed into his singlet right in the stands. I'd be lucky to get them to use a towel let alone a dressing room.

We usually get to the water with layers on and shed them as needed throughout the day and relayer on the way home or to dinner.

Nude beaches are never what I want them to be. Just a bunch of guys like me or in worse shape walking around in their birthday suits. I've learned to pass on such "opportunities" and would certainly not invite any naked guys to go boating or jetskiing. Is that hot sauce on the seat or something else? Ever seen brown hot sauce?

I've been using "Bimini clips to secure towels to the tower. They come in handy for providing privacy as well as securing towels to the Bimini and windshield for drying them out and keeping them from blowing overboard.

Here's one place to buy them and a pic of them in use. IMG_0713.PNG

^^^ These, have a bunch and love them!

I believe they were 1" @buckbuck, but they could have been 3/4". I'm having trouble remembering at the moment. The ID of the coupler was whatever would fit over the bimini frame.
