Ar 250 poor acceleration

Hi all, i AM looking for help on ar250 as My Port engine it's not accelarating all as it is poor acceleration and does not goes over 4600 rpm but the straboard engine goes full Range, throttle body, aps ecu,fuse box,all swapped and still doing the same please help

Have you checked the Port cable adjustment?

Assuming you check intake grates/impeller/ clean out ports?
