I was getting tired of the fixed rear cleats on my AR190 grabbing ski ropes, so I bought a couple of the retractable ones from the AR192 (FIT-U1616-11) to replace them with. The only problem is it looks like the holes for the existing cleats are wider than the retractable ones, so it isn't as simple as enlarging the existing holes. Has anyone done this conversion...or have any pointers for me on how to enlarge these holes without messing up the fiberglass?

Easiest way to enlarge holes is with a variable drill bit or speedbit. They cut clean.

Interested in how this project turns out.

I give this thread a ROLL TIDE!

But on a serious note, I used the same bit shown above when I installed by new pissers.20160416_185823.jpg

Spell Tuscaloosa for us first before the yelling the NASCAR mating call buddy :finger:.

Just messin with ya ;)! That was a "nice" (lucky) onside kick.

I might be the only person from Alabama that hates NASCAR...

I pull for Clemson more than those damn gamecocks. Living 45 min from the campus drives me crazy.

Thanks, I finally found them the other day. Very nice mod, that doesn't look like to much work.
