Boats MUST LIST A LOCATION (State)IN THE TITLE (Seems people can't read lately)-along with Make/Model/Year

Completed AR190 for $13,000

Looks like it is a scam, I'm afraid. Definitely proceed very carefully if interested, those people can be incredibility conniving. Start by offering to talk on the phone - it will likely be the dead end.

Proceed with caution but this does have two things going for it ... It is list on the Chicago craigslist and the registration sticker on bow appears to be in the shape of the state of Illinois. Second is that the punctuation is pretty darn good. Of course I should not be talking about spelling or punctuation (those who read my posts know that all too well). I am horrible at it but in my defense I spend more time typing computer code (in many different coding languages) than I do english language.

Craigslist is the worst for boats and jet skis. When I was looking I ran into so many scams although I agree it becomes obvious. On "deals", you still get what you pay for.
