AR195 Tower Speaker Options

Looking at adding tower speakers to our AR195 for the purpose of being able to listen to music while wake surfing. I'm not looking to hear it beyond that (wakeboarding) and am not wanting to drop a few thousand on a package. I was looking at some basic 6.5" kickers and maybe an amp. Would running something like that push sound so those surfing could hear the music? When I pull the trigger, what gauge wire and potential length would be needed to run the wire down the tower and to the head unit or amp?

I can't help with answering the Kickers question. I went Wetsounds Rev10s for my 195S. However, I used 16 Guage speaker wire to run to them. The distance you'll need basically depends on where you mount the amp in relation to towers. My amps are under port aft seat. So basically straight up into tower. The port side of my 2020 had access into the tower without drilling so I went that route. I can tell you I ordered a 100' roll of 16 Guage speaker wire. I however rewired all of my stock wetsounds speakers, towers, and a sub using that roll.
