Anyone have any opinions on autosedge.com ? I found a boat on CL who's owner is telling me they are selling via autosedge consignment. I see quite a few legit statements via google but I'm skeptical.

No experience, but looks like a legitimate mediation service to remote sellers and buyers. If you are local to the boat, I would check it out and confirm it is the next boat for you.

autosedge’s fee is probably < $300, so their service cost should not be inflating the price of the boat. If the boat is remote; a title exchange (if the is a bank note involved), funds escrow and release of payment upon the receipt/inspection (post a long haul transportation event) can be sticky points in the transaction. Looks like autosedge might help in some of these transaction requirements.

I tried buying a Polar 2310. All my bank needed was some confirmation they legit. Didn’t happen. No one would call bank and trying to get a live person is impossible.
I’d rate 0 stars.
