Ballast sytem Winter project

We run the boat in salt water and sometimes we have water depth issues.
We ski, wakeboard and now started wakesurfing.

I would like to set up a ballast system in the boat over the winter and I am looking for suggestions.

Also, the boat does not always go to Fl in the winter, so I will need the ability to easily winterize the system.

Winterizing shouldn't be an issue on any of them,
