Guest, we are pleased to announce that Hydrophase Ridesteady is offering an extra $100 off for JETBOATERS.NET members on any Ridesteady for Yamaha Speed Control system purchased through March 7th, 2025. Ridesteady is a speed control system (“cruise control”) that uses GPS satellites or engine RPM to keep your boat at the set speed you choose. On twin engine boats, it will also automatically synchronize your engines.
Boat show recap: disappointed that every single Yamaha on site was already sold so I couldn’t board any. Pretty sure they were sold before the show started and the dealer brought them anyway. First time seeing the 25 footers in person—didn’t disappoint although the 252SD looked more brown then red in person. Was hoping to convince the wife that we could go down to the 21ft series since my oldest has grown and moved but that didn’t happen.
Overall impression of the event was good—sat in several Regals, Crownliners, and Bennington pontoons. Fit and finish of these boats has come a long way and outdo the yamahas, but you pay for it.
Was an awesome show given the market/availability. I was happy to see it crowded. I really liked that 252. Some of those pontoons were other worldly. Overall was good times.
While it would have been nice to see the boats, I would have been disappointed if I couldn't board some of the boats. For me, part of the reason to see the boats in person is to sit on the seats to gauge the comfort of the boat.
Did the dealers have prices on the boats? If so, where they at MSRP or did the have a lot of added "fees"?
