Has anyone changed out the tip on their battery cables? I have to switch out the tips on the positive battery cables to 3/8 to fit the new batteries I purchased and unfortunately I am not very handy. Any help would be appreciated.

basically you are going to need a tool to cut the wire cleanly, a crimp tool that can crimp whatever size you are looking for. My stock battery cable is 4 awg. and a new terminal

Here is an example of a 4 awg terminal

and a heat shrink to protect the crimped end.

They also sell battery terminals that bolt instead of crimp, not sure how effective they are.
