Hi everyone! Just wondering what is the best upholstery cleaner everyone uses. Trying to keep the new toy clean and just wonder what the best cleaner is for the fabric on the seats? Any suggestions? TIA!

Tried boat bling and all the others. Came down to mothers VLP and Krud kutter. Krud kutter is great just doesn't have a great odor I use the mothers and gave the bling away. Just my opinion.

Anybody besides me hate the textured vinyl on their seats? It a PITA to clean and keep clean.

Yes!!! We love the looks of our boat which is only into its second season, but the textured vinyl is very difficult to keep looking as good as new. We bought Boat Babes at our dealer, which doesn't even touch it. Also tried Magic Eraser recommended by our dealer, works better but it can also leave a whiter mark where I've scrubbed more vigorously to get a mark out. I've also tried Spray 9 used by other friends at marina and Vim with bleach, which really needs to be rinsed. We are very careful taking our shoes off and handling our boat with care, only sometimes when family or friends are aboard, they leave prints but seriously, these shouldn't be that difficult to clean! The smooth vinyl portions of the seats are fine, any marks wipe off. We had a 2011 and 2012 SeaDoo Challengers before this and seats were easy to clean.

Anxious for a solution...planning on keeping this one for a long time!

Over the years I have come to appreciate the value of taking some preventive measures. My favorite involves 303 aerospace protectant. I soak/saturate all the vinyl in the boat with it, and I do it basically every time we take the boat out.
Granted, I do not have a "negative control" for this procedure (to know how well it really works) but my feeling is that it does help A LOT and keeps vinyl from staining.

There is a lot more textured /corrugated vinyl in the new boats, and it does seem to pick up stains that are impossible to remove. I have got a warranty claim on my brand new boat because two of the large cockpit cushions have had stains/discolorations that the dealer could not get rid of...

Best luck I've had was this past weekend. I pulled the garden hose into the boat and sprayed the seat to get them soaking wet. I then scrubbed with Dawn and a brush. Rinsed. Applied 3M vinyl care. Keep in mind you'll want to do this without the carpet in as its a bit messy but was worth it. Next addition to the AR is SeaDek throughout.
