beyondthewake.com still in business?

Anyone order anything from beyondthewake.com lately. Ordered some trailer guide covers a week ago and paid with PayPal but have yet to hear anything from them. Can't reach them on the phone or on email. Wondering if I follow up an issue with PayPal to get my money back or not. Maybe its a mom and pop shop and they went on vacation I suppose, but would think there would be some type of auto response or voice mail to let customers know what's up.

I did finally get a reply to my emails this afternoon. Sounds like he was out sick and got behind. Said he will be shipping out my order by this coming Saturday. Not the best resolution as I've already been waiting a week for it to be shipped but as long as he follows up on this I'll just keep waiting I guess.
