Bimini 2016 Final Dates?

We were making plans for our summer and Bimini keeps coming up. I've read through all the posts about plans for Bimini 'in the works'. Is someone specifically in charge or making the plans and setting the date or does someone pick one and invite the group? We'd love to put it on the calendar. It looks so fabulous!!!!!!
