I have a white 242 Limited S and store my boat outside. The Yamaha cover is great on protecting the boat but I get run off the cover that is causing black streaks on the gel coat. They come off fairly easily but has anyone else had this issue and/or any tricks to prevent this?
 
I've had the gray and black yamaha cover and they both had the streaking issue. Maybe its just me but the gray cover was worse, when it comes to steaking. Also after the first season it seems to subside some what.
 
As The Amazing Jonathon said, Windex prevents streaking. I have no idea if it works for your boat though.
