Went out today and couldn't idle again AT ALL! Brought it home, did a compression test; 110-125-125-125. Plugs were black as hell and wet, so I cleaned them up, and boom, idle again BUT.... WTH is the high pitched chirping sound when throttling?
 
Every time it chirps I see what looks like water shooting out of a vent, seal or something back there. Look close and you'll see it.

See the mist just below that blue nipple on top of whatever that is?

I saw it but wasn't sure why it would chirp. Maybe I should redo that fitting seems it's running down the plugs
 
Are you sure you have the correct make plug with the correct heat range? Did you gap them per spec?
 
Yes sir. Just been doing alot of fixing and tuning. That why I think they got wet.
