With everyone posting on the board about their cool new ways to fill the ballast bags I wanted to put in a system like @trace did in his 212SS. Now all of my ball valves are bought and I have my Bluetooth controller coming from Ebay ( china ). With trace's help I have the Bluetooth interface done as well. Really excited to get this rolling in the boat. It will be nice to not have to wait on a bag to drain so I can drain the one under the seat. More pics to come so stay tuned. I plan on taking pictures along the set-up of the entire system for those of you that might want to do something similar.

Very cool! I can't wait to see it in action.

Very Nice!! Cam.

Got the Bluetooth controller last night in the mail and after getting very frustrated with the controller last night I gave up!!

Fast forward to today with a more calm head I tackled the project again and went much more smooth. I installed a Bluetooth terminal into my phone and then plugged the address into my appinventor app and everything works. I had to change some ASCII letters around on my app verses the app that @trace gave me but for the most part it was done. Thanks again to Trace for the help!!

My system is a little different using one pump to do everything but would be really easy to add in additional pumps to the program. My ball valves have a limit switch on them so when the cycle is done (open or close) it quits moving. Now I need to get these wired up and bench tested after Easter. Then the final wiring in the boat.

Very Cool. It feels good to get some progress. Cam.

Very nice!

looks cool

Finally got all of my electrical componets I needed. I ordered 5 5 prong automotive relays and I went ahead and ordered the sockets they fit in. I also had to order a 12 to 5v converter, 2 distribution blocks and used some rubber grommets on the side of the box for my power and wires for my valves and pump.

Everything bench tested inside and works perfect now to put in the boat today!

Looks great. What are you running for bags in the sides. Cam.

400 and an 800 bag that probably fills to 600 lbs.

I think I need to sink my boat more so I am swapping the 800 for the 400 in the ski locker. So I will have 2 400's on the side now and the 800 that will fill to full potential.

You know I just laugh when my husband says he needs to sink the boat more when I think holy crap you want to go more ! Lol

Funny when I Malibu guy came over to see what was going on....LOL

I will explain myself for wanting to move the 2 bags. See how far over the boat is sitting...... I don't want that. Putting the 800 bag back in the ski locker will put a lower center of gravity in the boat and not allow it to roll over like it was doing here....thus sink the boat more.
