is there any other option than the 1 piece boat cover offered by Yamaha? It’s sort of a pain to put on every time and the 2 “stands” with straps also IMO are not great. My dock, I only have access to the back and 1 side of the boat so it gets a little tough to install.

Since you have a tower boat, I highly recommend looking into the Hangtyte System. You'll need two sets (<$100). I'm also on a slip with only one side and stern access, and only takes a couple minutes to get the boat covered. The other option would be to install snaps and get the traditional cockpit and bow canvases.
