Boattest.com reviews and statistics - Yamaha AR190, AR192, SX190 and SX192

Did anyone notice Boattest tested the 2019s but the numbers are identical including 30 gal fuel tanks and the boats pictured in the videos are 2018s?

watching the video, it is a 2018 they are reviewing.

I was trying to figure out range in miles I could travel on mine when I noticed they didn't update to the new AR190

I stopped paying attention to boattest. They have really deteriorated as far as credibility and any accuracy. Too bad.

IMG_20181203_124909093.jpg Not sure what the difference is between the 2018 and older models in SX vs AR. I have the 2019 SX 195 and got the boat to 51mph. This is on the display and not confirmed by GPS. To add the water was not glass with minimal waves. This was 50% fuel and 2 people on board.

Edit (12/3/18) to show picture. I stand corrected. 50.1 not 51. Although I think it could be pushed a little faster on ideal condition.

The SX doesn't have the added drag of the Tower and Bimini top. I'm glad to hear it's still over 50 mph.

Nice my 19 sx 190 gets to 42-43 on average but that’s with full fuel on water with minimal waves. GPS showed 39-41, so paddle speedo no that far off
