Bow light - cannot remove to change bulb - SX192

The bow light on my 2015 SX192 has stopped working.
Undone the outer screw to take the cover off, undone the two screws so I can swivel the fixture a little, but whatever I do I cannot move it more or pull it out.
Any suggestions?

Guessing that it's the same as my 2014 SX190 bow light, after you take the top cover off you will need to hold the base firm & rotate the Red/Green lens to remove it, if I remember right it just held in with friction so all you are trying to do is break it loose.
