Bow stop guard for 21'?

It bothers me that my 212x doesn't have a bow scuff guard around the bow eye to prevent the hull from getting chewed up by the trailer's winch stand. Have any of you found one that looks good and is effective on the 21' boats?

You need to ditch the stock hard plastic bow roller. That is what is going to chew up your gel coat, even on the first outing it's possible. Most of us go with the softer Stoltz Ultimate bow roller. No marks or scuffs on my hull since swapping mine out.

Personally I don't like bow eye guards as they look terrible. Unless of course you've got a big ass boat with a windless anchor

I've been on the fence considering a bow eye guard too. My boat was scuffed up after the first outing. Do those softer rollers really make that much difference?

Yes they make a Big difference. If you have a hard plastic knife vs a soft, thick rubber-like knife, which do you think is going to scratch the gel coat?

Here is a link to the one I use on my 242 LS. My traile has a boat buddy 2 on it and the guard has worked perfectly with it.
