Bow Tent

Does anyone have the bow tent for their boat? If so, what are your thoughts, do you like it and is it worth the 340 dollars?

Primarily looking for something to provide shade in the bow area for those long days we are beached and the kids are hanging out with their friends. I thought this might be a good option. Also would like to hear from those who have it how much of a pain it is to put up and take down.

We just bought a used AR210 that included the tent, we've been having so much fun with the boat that I forgot we even had it. I'll set it up this weekend and give you my thoughts!

If shade is all you seek, you might be better off with a bimini extension of some sort.....that tent out in the NC sun would probably become an oven with little air movement. This thread has a bunch of ideas along the lines of what you might consider:

Also thought about tying this up to the bow, not sure if it would work.
