Hello all!

I just purchased a 2008 AR230 last week. Signed the wife and myself up here because we were told by the gentleman that owned the boat before us about how great this site is.

We took the boat out for the first time ever yesterday and fell in love right away. I have been boating since I was a kid with my parents and friends. I really enjoy wakeboarding, knee boarding and now wakesurfing (though I'm not incredible at the surf yet). It's an amazing difference between wakeboarding with a wake tower and a jet boat. I grew up doing it on a crownline with no tower and still loved it then. My wife, Shannon, has been boating for just a little bit less than I have and is going to be learning how to carve on the board as we go out more and more. We have a three year old daughter, Kayden, who loves swimming and just hanging out on the lake.

I was also told the boat I've got here has a bit of fame on this forum (might be a little hard to tell in the picture I've included) Thanks for having us and I look forward to learning about this awesome boat and community from you all!

Congrats on the boat.

:Welcome:

That boat has some serious issues. It is always leaning and will suck $$$ out of your wallet for surfing gear.

Thanks everyone!
