Buzzing/Whining from speakers

Yesterday out on the boat I noticed some whining or buzzing from the speakers. I've been pulling my batteries out to keep them maintained but zip tie the cables together so I put them back in the right place. (GND) When I was out on the water I switched the grounds around and it made no difference. The 2 main grounds are of a different gauge. I would assume the larger one is for the starter battery, so that's how I connected it. Any thoughts on the whining noise. Doesn't seem to increase with RPM change.

Do you have any sort of LED lights running while you hear the buzzing? If so, that is probably the cause. I have the same problem the second I turn on my LED system. I've tried correcting with noise filters but have had no luck.
