I just bought a 2017 AR195. The only issue I am having is tying to pull up a slalom skier with more than a spotter on board as the engine won’t go above 10 mph. Is this normal? No problems pulling up someone on two skies, slaloming with just a spotter aboard, or tubing.Thank you.

What altitude are you operating at?

What rpm are you getting at WOT without towing?

I’m in Connecticut. No rpm issues.
Thank you.

I never pulled a skier but I do pull a wakeboarder with 3 others in the boat with no problem and I have a 2019 AR190. I wouldn't think you would have an issue with the more powerful 195.

Are you manually controlling throttle or using cruise assist

:Welcome: to the forum!

What is your top speed and max RPM? (Should be around 47-50mph at sea level)

Does it cavitate when you try to pull a skier?

Can you post a picture of the intake, impeller and tunnel? (Looking for bad seals, knicked impeller or signs of rubbing on the tunnel)

On naturally asperated boats like yours the viper has solved that problem several times .

I think he has the supercharged 195.

Yes I missed that .
