Cat leaking

So my cat has just started leaking like crazy when wide open throttle it basically sprays like a hose into the engine compartment. Anyone have any luck with by passing the cat or does it need to be replaced

I've been told there is a recall on the silver cats and you may be able to get it replaced. You might want to check into that.

Hmmm that’s great info! I’ll try to see if I can figure out who to call since new cat is about 2500

I have the black ones. I brought the boat in last week to have it checked out. Screws were loose on both engines and 4 were missing on starboard. Boat lost all power. Think it was in safe mode.
