Chirping sound coming from random speakers

I just bought a 2016 Yamaha Limited S E 242 with Connext Polk audio system. I was trying to erase all the previous owners Bluetooth devises from the touch screen on the dash. I went to factory and reset to factory default. Ever since then there is a chirping noise coming from random speakers every 5 seconds or so. I cannot figure out what is going on. Im not sure if its searching for the speakers to set them up or what. It only does it with the tower tweeters and the rear speakers on the swim platform. Please help.
