Guest, we are pleased to announce that Hydrophase Ridesteady is offering an extra $100 off for JETBOATERS.NET members on any Ridesteady for Yamaha Speed Control system purchased through March 7th, 2025. Ridesteady is a speed control system (“cruise control”) that uses GPS satellites or engine RPM to keep your boat at the set speed you choose. On twin engine boats, it will also automatically synchronize your engines.
We bought it last year, I had not seen many of the 232 Limiteds, we really like the color scheme and the interior. It is definitely a big upgrade for us from our 2001 LS2000.. LOL
Your going to love Cumberland !! Just down there yesterday and the water is beautiful. Very , very warm (90 degrees) but beautiful. Planning to be there both Saturday and Sunday myself. Love your boat and enjoy the trip.

@WildCatFan54 , Thank you!!! Glad to hear it, this will be our first trip there. The friends we are going with have been going there for a long time. We are definitely looking forward to it, especially since the Shelbyville gathering has been "all but canceled" maybe we will see you sunday!
I’ve only been there once, but it was great. The water was 100 ft. deep. Didn’t need an anchor. There was no current to worry about. We just stopped the boat and floated.
I'm usually all over the western end of the lake. I keep the boat at State Dock in Jamestown but cover most areas from the dam and around the Beaver/Otter creek area. Hope to see you there ?

Thanks!! Great to hear from you! The paste worked great but it was my first repair job so the craftsmanship was not so hot and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. Learned a lot though. Will probably take her to a pro at the end of the season to make it all go away. Ha!
I believe the big raft up on the lake was cancelled but originally scheduled for the same weekend. My kids are just excited for 76 falls and clifty creek. We usually have stayed at state and Jamestown and this year we hope to find another one of the small wayerfalls or two if they exist.
My littlest got an r/c boat he is dying to use. Not like ya can't find a cove right?
Check out Rowena Marina if your headed down to 76 Falls. We were at Cumberland the week of 7/4. Brand new marina. Great outdoor dining. Also check Sid Bells Falls. Not much of waterfalls but a very nice cove with easy cliffs to jump and for kids to swim. One of the dock guys at Rowena mentioned it.
@Speedling , you are correct. The big annual raft up has been canceled. However , I have been going to Jamestown most weekends and maybe even a weekday for almost 5 years now. I have NEVER seen as big crowds as the last 2-3 times I have been out on the boat. People from everywhere renting house boats OR towing there boats down there. Plenty of activity on the lake. As I previously mentioned , water is fantastic ! ENJOY.

Really?! The business of getting away from it all is bad down there too? Bummer. We have been going down like every other year or so for a while now and it's beautiful to get away from the people!
Here now, we are on the east end of the lake up the South Fork. You will see my blue AR230 or my buddies black 242 limited up this way probably in the south fork party cove. There’s also a red 242 parked nearby, guessing they are renting near us. We are hear pretty much every weekend at our place. I second going to Rowena Marina, we trailered down to that end of the lake the other weekend and put in there. Really nice place.
