Clinton lake IL.

Anybody go to Clinton lake in north central IL? I'm wondering when the launches open. I know the water has to be about 70 degrees rite now, since it's a cooling lake.. Maybe you will glow after a day on the water, but at least your on the water.

I have heard of this being a warm lake, But have never been their. I think the wife wants to some weekend and try it.

We have been there a few times, it is awesome for early in the year, you can go around and find your perfect temp.LOL. We went last year in may and found some 74 degree water.. Nice for those cool mornings..
