Communication Error - Transducer

So I just started to get this warning. Water temp is way off, depth finder and bluetooth/radio is not working. I have been looking everywhere to find what model and where to purchase a new one. I also cannot for the life of me find out where this thing is located in order to change it. Any info would be appreciated.

*I have tried unhooking the batteries, kill switch, etc to no avail - But if you have any other tips and tricks to fix this, let me know. Does not seem like this should have gone out in a 2 year old boat. 2020 AR240

I have a 2022 195S and the radio stopped working after 30hrs. and i started receiving communcation and transducer errors. I pulled the radio, and it was already rusting in the back. Obviously water was coming in some how. Never found out where. Put new radio in and after one trip out same problem. Radio wouldn't work and alarms continuing. I'm sucking it up till the end of the season at this point. Hopefully the dealer will be able to figure it out in Sept. Let me know if you find anything more out please.

i have a 2020 ar240 and had the same issues with my Bluetooth radio cutting out. Happened around 10 hours I wound up having to replace the swim deck head unit thankfully under warranty. About 3 weeks ago I started getting the comm error depth transducer. Haven’t gotten around to fixing it yet waiting till I pull the boat off the lift. I know you can get to the transducer from the clean out port hatch there’s a tag on the wire with a part number. Also the plug for the transducer is located in the engine compartment right above the starboard engine.
