Contacting Scarab about warranty claims

My dealer claims they've been trying to contact Scarab for the last 3 weeks regarding my failing trailer. It seems a bit far fetched to me that after 3 weeks the rep from Scarab wouldn't have even acknowledged the claim. Just curious if anyone has contact info for Scarab? Maybe I can light a fire under them.
 
Yes, it's kind of messed up that you can't contact the manufacturer!

Got it all sorted out, spoke with a very nice guy from Scarab. He pushed my claim though and were all set. Thanks for the info guys!
