I'm really kicking myself for taking my wife to New Orleans for her birthday last year instead of taking my family and boat to Panama City Beach

Actually had something similar to that happen a few weeks ago. Some guy called in and changed his thrust vector color and the ticket for the original and the new both shipped. We reached out to him to see about paying for the return shipping and getting them back but he ignored us and put them on FB for sale....grrr

No but thought it was pretty low rent to ignore us and then take advantage of our mistake. We don't treat people that way and feel that wevew demonstrated that enough to have been shown respect.

Wow, that's pretty shitty. I received the wrong color seadek from you (not your fault, apparently my boat is an oddball), and shipped them back right away. I wouldn't mind if a pair of lateral thrusters found their way into my box when the new color ships (or even a coupon towards them
