Anyone install a cooler slide?? Certainly would make accessing the cooler a lot easier.

Great idea, but I would then have to punch holes in the new Seadek ...

I'm planning on installing one. It was a real pain unbuckling and sliding that thing out. Maybe I'll get lucky and someone at the boat show next Friday will have them?

Funny this should come up, I was just looking into the feasibility of mounting the AR190 passenger pad to a cooler top so that the entire area under the seat could be a cooler. I had been in the boat poking around with a cell phone endoscope camera looking to see if even cutting the floor to give extra depth was possible.

Looks like a great idea, but I don't think their's will work in our boats because our ice chest sits on a sloped recessed area. With that in mind, I think I'll make one adjusted to fit our recessed and sloped floor using stainless steel drawer slides https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075VFNRQ9/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and Seaboard https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JPHC9SK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I'll set up the side forms to level out the recess and clear the engine hatch screws behind the ice chest. I don't think I'll be able to sit on it, but it should hold 75 lbs.

I have some scrap starboard laying around and planned on cutting some filler to build the recessed area level with the deck. Should be pretty easy. I'm hoping someone has them at the boat show this Friday.

Well I never did install one of these. But it's my next project 2 years later ?. Question is has anyone else installed one yet? Is so which model and any install tips?

I thought about it, and I blow A bit if money on the boat. But for $250 I just take the cooler out. I have forgotten to strap it In many times and never had the cooler move out of there anyway It could probably go without the strap. I have that offbrand cooler we all got an Amazon in there and now I have a soft cooler that fits between that cooler and the front foot rest on the leaning post. I use that for food and and the hard cooler for drinks the combo works out great.464076DB-C337-4B1E-B3FB-60FC96CB929D.pngAC700AA0-DB48-4642-AE83-41C21EFEC734.png
