Country Wake boarding

I just found this from a couple local guys up at Indian Lake. Its not quite as cool as some of the "urban wake boarding" but still cool pretty creative for northwest Ohio.

Yeah...Pretty cool...Till you catch your rope on a fire hydrant and then you're unwrapping the wake boarder from the hydrant rather than the rope from the shaft.

years ago after Hurricane Katrina dumped mad inches of rain on us in 1 night, I saw a couple of young bucks wake boarding behind a nice lifted Chevy and others boarding behind a Wrangler thru the Reymor & Flannigan shopping lot. The area was flooded with 8" of water thru out. I thought it was cool as hell. Of course I pulled in and watched for a while. The boys told me that the police had chased them off the main road (which was 12"-20"deep) and told them to play in the lot. Not only was it cool to see the young bucks having a good time, but I thought it was even better that the cops let them enjoy it.

awesome....reminds me of the video my daughter sent from school.....they were towing a mattress loaded with girls behind her truck in the snow covered parking lot. I found out that the rope set me back 20 bucks.....never found out where the mattress came from

My son and his friends take the 4-wheeler over to the irrigation canal ... they have a lot of fun wakeboarding up and down the canal.
