On a 2012 SX240 / Similar models the Cruise assist switch. Anyone know a none factory switch brand/part. I think it is a Double Pole, Double Throw momentary switch. Just and to confirm that. Having an issue when using the cruise assist sometimes the starboard engine does not respond to it. Then after a bit of running and or if you reach under and giggle things it starts working just fine. I'd rather just try replacing the switch before dropping 175+ for the switch and cables.
Open for any suggestions if anyone has any other ideas.

Part information (OEM) below.
Yamaha OEM - F2D-U8090-00-00

Remove switch give in a good cleaning(contacts) and clean the wire connectors .....sometimes the spade connector need to be clamped a little to get better contact and a little dialectic grease never hurt. You can try to spray electronic cleaner into the switch..........some switches have some gaps that will accept a little cleaner inside.
