So I have several cup holders that are no longer secured into their slot and can come flying out at any moment...I tried using hot glue but that was no bueno...any ideas?

100% silicon. Watertight and able to be removed if a future mod has you swapping your cup holders in the future.

I used silicone. They haven’t moved since.

Be sure you are twisting them to lock and not just placing them back on. Some people may not realize twisting them is how they get tight to lock in place. As mentioned use a dab of silicone before you twist them and this should keep them from coming loose unless you twits them back off.
