Has anyone purchased a replacement? I have one that is MIA. Assuming it flew out when towing.

Is is one of these parts?

Upgrade to stainless steel if you have plastic. It's a nice touch you wouldn't think about. Get them on Amazon or eBay. They're all standard sizes.
Not a bad idea, the fronts are SS. Everything else is plastic

Silicone them in also

So I decided to order the stainless cup holders to replace some on the boat and found out that the diameter on my AR240 is too small for these to fit. Anybody have a link for the right ones?

Same question here. I lost one on my 2017 ar210

looks like its #26 on the list. I siliconed my in too.

as far as I can tell #26 is the entire cupholder and not just the trim ring

if anyone can find a link to the ring and not the entire cupholder, i would be interested to see it. It doesn't look like a standard cupholder to me.

that looks like the one, thank you!!!

I ordered a replacement for my 212 Limited S (F2J-U7845-00-00) from www.yamahapartshouse.com. You should be able to find everything you need from that site.
Are those stainless trim rings or chrome plastic? I suspect they are the same thing that's on my AR190 and I'd like to upgrade mine to look nicer.

i ordered #26 for my '18 242x YAM-F2J-U5633-00-00 It was like $17

Haha, transom cup holder ring was the first official thing I had to replace. Someone sat on it and must have turned it loose squirming around. It stuck to their thigh (sticky sunscreen I guess) and I watched it fall off and roll overboard.

Why are those things not permanently set and glued in place by the factory? Is there a need to access something behind them?

So just confirming here before I order, the part no referenced above (F2J-U7845-00-00) is the stainless trim ring? I can't find a pic of any of them on the parts sites. My AR190 has the black rings and I'd like to swap them out.

Yes it is SS but is also the whole cup holder. They 1/4 turn and twist lock to the cup holder. Cup holder mounts down with 3 little screws.

lost 1 during our 2nd outing. called our dealership and it was in the next day. think I spent like $10 for the damn thing, but like everyone stated, I used silicone to ensure I don't lose another.

Anyone know the part number for the BLACK cup holder trim rings? 2016 242x e series. i ordered a few of the F2J-U7845-00-00 (as that is the part number all the yamaha part sites list for the trim rings only) and unfortunately when i received them they are the SS ones. The ones on the 2016 242x are gloss BLACK, twist on rings Thanks!!!

I know this is an old subject and been kicked around awhile. That said, does, or has anyone had any luck finding the BLACK replacement rings and cup holder? Thought I might have a good lead on it, especially after talking to the rep at yamahaparts. He felt positive that what I ordered would be black, but.... no! Help!!
