Cushion 4 2011 Yamaha ar210

Hello,
Anyone having luck on replacement for the cushion or where to get one?
We just bought our boat and didn’t know it was a common issue to find cushion number 4.
I just spoke to Auto Interiors in North Carolina. If there is anyone that can lend them the pattern for foam/wood they would be able to knock out a bunch of replacements.
any info or advice would be appreciated

I know @Mgbrown82 was recently dealing with a cushion 4 loss. If one was made, it would be fresh in that upholstery shop’s mind.

Item 10 in the IPC diagram (p/n F1T-U375F-11-00). It’s the small one behind the passenger side windshield that likes to eject if you don’t use the cover trailering.

Alas, my boat does not have that one. I was hoping it would be like item 23 (I went and looked it up), the rear one--that is the one the AR240's always lose. But I still have mine (I think it is behind the batteries back there--never use it!).

Thank you for checking. Yes, the shop I called in North Carolina said she has like 15 requests if someone can give them the pattern for foam ans wood. They have the material.

I was able to make the base myself out of 1-2” pvc it is at the upholstery shop now being built. I will update everyone on how it turned out when I get it back

Auto interiors and tops in Raleigh NC. I had them make me a #4 cushion last year.

How did they get the dimensions for the cushion?

They had that on file from someone that had to get their's redone.
